We strive to deliver an exemplary service to all our customers to ensure they are completely delighted with every aspect of their new home and the service they receive throughout the process.

Our Process

Step 1/4: Home Demonstration

You will be invited to a demonstration of your new home. This will help you to familiarise yourself with the appliances, heating and controls. You will also be shown the location of important meters and valves.

Step 2/4: Welcome Pack

You will be welcomed at your new home by members of our Site and Sales team who will hand over your keys and your Welcome pack. This includes all of the relevant instruction leaflets you may need and details of our Customer Care Service.

Step 3/4: Structural Warranty

When you Legally Complete on your new home, your 2 year Customer Care service with us will commence. We pledge to rectify any issues classified as defects within this period. There is also a 10 year structural warranty period for your home, with Premier Guarantee. This is an industry-regulated scheme and gives you an independent resolution service should a problem arise. Your Solicitor will request this from Wyatt Homes on Legal Completion to provide to you.

Step 4/4: Customer Care

On the 7th day of you occupying your new home to check how you are getting on and answer any questions you may have.

Following this, our Wyatt Homes Customer Care representative will be in contact to introduce themselves as they will be your point of contact going forwards.

Consumer Code
