Saxondale Gardens

My house has got three storeys and that has offered me the luxury of huge flexibility when my family come to stay. My grandchildren have got their own bedroom and playroom, my daughters can stay with their partners with their own en suite and I’ve even got a study bedroom which does very well for my granddaughter from Australia when she comes over. The new build home is beautifully energy efficient, which is great, I like the fact that I can walk into town to do some shopping and leave the car in the garage.

We are just so pleased with our new Wyatt home. Having looked at quite a few other developments, we came to the conclusion that unless you are going to build a house yourself, brick by brick, we have probably got the best you could ever get. The quality is great and we didn’t have to pay any extra cost to upgrade things because they were already upgraded as standard.

Since the first site visit it felt like the home was just built for us. Buying off plan was a fantastic experience. Every site visit we had, we met the site manager who talked us through the entire process, explaining everything from the wall cavities to the kitchen units. Everybody from Wyatt Homes, through the whole process, have all been really helpful. The thing that makes our house so perfect is the overall look and feel of the property and the build quality. Wyatt Homes’ reputation is really well earned.

We just moved into our new Wyatt home as first-time buyers and we absolutely love it. It’s been finished to such a gorgeous standard and we love the way the home has been designed. We  especially love the kitchen as it’s the first proper one we’ve had. We’re inspired to cook and spend time together in this room. Our experience with Wyatt Homes has been second to none as first-time buyers. We’d definitely recommend them to others looking to get on the property ladder.
