Reserving your Wyatt Home

When you have chosen your dream Wyatt Home, our Sales Advisor will book an appointment with you to complete the reservation paperwork, this includes a checklist whereby all the important finer details of your home and the development as a whole will be explained.

A reservation form will be completed, outlining all the details of your purchase with us, such as the reservation fee, your cancellation rights and the anticipated completion date of your new home. A helpful guide will be provided to you which will explain the Legal purchasing process so that you can exchange contracts in the agreed timeframes.

Our Sales Advisors can recommend mortgage specialists and Solicitors, who in our experience and from our customers feedback, have outperformed others by being particularly helpful, efficient and knowledgeable.

This appointment may be before or after exchange of contracts, depending on the stage of construction.

Depending on the stage of your home, either a fixed completion date will have been agreed between you and Wyatt Homes, or you will have exchanged contracts with legal completion on notice. If this is the case, our Sales Advisor will continue to keep you fully-informed on the progress of build, until it is at a stage of construction whereby notice can be served for legal completion.
