We have officially commenced construction work at Wilberforce Green, our landmark first development on the edge of the New Forest, marking a significant milestone.
Located off Derritt Lane, on the Western perimeter of the picturesque village of Bransgore, the scheme will deliver 100 thoughtfully designed homes that blend seamlessly into the area’s unique, rural character.
Named in honour of Reverend Henry Wilberforce – former curate of Bransgore and founder of the village school in 1840 – the development will offer an attractive mix of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, each showcasing our signature attention to detail, expert craftsmanship and premium finishes.
Work is now underway on transforming the site into a thriving community, with the first homes expected to be released for sale next year.

All of the development’s green open space will also be delivered before the first homes are occupied.
