Wyatt Homes appoints new Sales and Marketing Director
Philippa Vickery, Sales and Marketing Director
We have proudly welcomed Philippa Vickery as our new Sales and Marketing Director, to help drive our ambitious growth plans whilst continuing to provide local communities with exquisite new homes.
Philippa joins our team with 15 years of experience, gained from working across the South West. She began her career by studying City and Regional Planning at Cardiff University, and completing a placement year at Newport City Council as a Graduate Planning Officer.
Following her graduation, Philippa secured a place on Redrow’s graduate scheme and was based in Bristol for 15 months as she rotated through each department. After completing the scheme Philippa initially joined the land team, but six months later became Area Sales Manager.
After five years at Redrow, Philippa went on to hold key roles with several national PLCs and private developers across Cornwall, Exeter and Bournemouth in both land and sales roles, including Countryside South West where she helped grow the regional business from scratch.
Philippa said: “When I was approached to join Wyatt Homes, I heard of their enthusiasm and passion and knew immediately it was a company I wanted to be a part of. Here, I’m able to champion the sales department and get involved with new developments right from the outset which is a real focus for me, as I’m able to bring a unique customer-focused perspective to the planning stage.

In her role, Philippa will be working closely with our sales team to deliver sales completions and maximise revenue across all developments.
Philippa continued: “Wyatt Homes’ developments have always been instantly recognisable, with timeless homes offering superior specifications and built with a great attention to detail. Our homes showcase stunning exteriors and even more impressive interiors, and really stand the test of time.
“I’m enjoying spending time across all our sites and getting to know the team – everyone is really lovely, and I feel proud and lucky to be working amongst such a strong team.
“During my graduate rotation, I sold a house in my first week on site as a sales executive and absolutely fell in love with it. That passion has always stayed with me, and I’m looking forward to bringing my love for homebuilding to a company as prestigious as Wyatt Homes.”
Outside of her role, Philippa spends time with her family, enjoying all that the Dorset coast and countryside has to offer.
