In March 2020, shortly after the first Government lockdown was lifted, the second phase of our Charminster Farm development near Dorchester, Dorset was launched, with an exclusive collection of 34 luxury new homes made available for sale.
Whilst this had its challenges as a result of the pandemic, we adapted to a new way of working so that we could safely assist customers with their property search whether it be in person, or virtually. For those unable to travel, we offer ‘virtual 3D show home tours’, which can be found on our website under 'current' developments when a 'house type' is selected.
The announcement of the stamp duty holiday made on 8th July 2020 encouraged enquiry levels to soar. The Wyatt Homes team have worked incredibly hard to keep up with the fantastic levels of interest.
All 34 homes in Phase 2 are now occupied and we are thrilled with how stunning each individual home looks and stands proud within the development. All homes are finished to the highest of standards, both externally and internally, with high-specification kitchen and bathrooms that offer a luxury finish and modern layouts that our new home owners can enjoy and admire for years to come.
We are thrilled to welcome our final residents to be part of the fantastic village community that Charminster Farm offers. We are seeing high demand already for Phase 3 which is anticipated to launch in 2022, register your interest with us to receive updates.
