The Neville Family Chooses Wyatt Homes 35 Years On

Citing the unmistakable character and reliability of the homes as the reason for coming back

Jane and Mark Neville have returned to a Wyatt home after 35 years – with their daughter now snapping up a home from us too.

Proving that exceptional build quality stands the test of time, Jane, and her husband Mark, have chosen another Wyatt home three decades after they first bought from the housebuilder. And daughter Lisa and her partner Edward have got onto the property ladder thanks to us too.

Citing the unmistakable character and reliability of the homes as the reason for coming back, Jane, a part time secretary, said: “We purchased our first Wyatt home in 1988 at Frenches Farm in Upton. It was a three-bedroom detached home that we lived in for about five years. When we started thinking about children, we then bought a larger second-hand property in Corfe Mullen.”

The couple went on to have two children who are now 24 and 27 years old but in 2023 the couple decided they wanted a new, low maintenance home.

“The Wyatt brand hasn’t only won us over, our daughter now lives in a Wyatt home at Saxondale Gardens”

“During covid we decided that we wanted to move to Wimborne – we love the town and Wyatt’s Saxonbury development meant we could easily walk into the village. When we walked into our now home, we remembered our first home and how beautifully Wyatt Homes are built. They also have so much character which is quite rare to find in new builds.”

Alongside buying their own five‑bedroom property, the couple watched their daughter take her first step onto the property ladder in a Wyatt home of her own.

“The Wyatt brand hasn’t only won us over, our daughter now lives in a Wyatt home at Saxondale Gardens,” said Jane.
