What is early bird?

Early Bird is only available on selected plots and may not be available at all of our developments. Please speak to our Sales Advisors to check availability and for any specific information regarding the Early Bird process.

Take your pick of the plots and secure your dream home

Secure your Early Bird against your dream home with just an Early Bird fee of £150*.

We will contact you when the home is ready to be released

When the home is ready to be released for sale, the Sales Advisor will be able to release the purchase price and anticipated completion month to you.

Reserve your Wyatt home

You will be offered 48 hours to decide whether you would like to proceed to officially reserve the plot.

Should you choose to proceed with the purchase, you will be invited to book your reservation appointment. No further fee is required at this stage.

Move into your dream Wyatt home

When your Wyatt home is ready, we will simply hand over your keys!
