Wyatt Homes Welcomes New Sales and Marketing Manager

Wyatt Homes Welcomes New Sales and Marketing Manager

Chloe Dixon, Sales and Marketing Manager

We are thrilled to welcome Chloe Dixon into her new role as Sales and Marketing Manager.

Chloe, 31, has returned to her Dorset roots, after nine years living and working in London, and is bringing a wealth of industry experience and expertise to the Wyatt Homes team.

After graduating from the University of Reading, Chloe’s journey began when she became a Chartered Surveyor in the capital, before getting stuck into a graduate programme with global commercial real estate service, CBRE. Chloe then amassed valuable insight into the property industry, and her passion for new homes consultancy and sales began.

Chloe joins us with an intense enthusiasm for excellence having worked for esteemed brands such as Colliers and JLL, constructing marketing campaigns across the world from Hong Kong to Malaysia, and has already asserted herself as an important member of the team as we continue to grow.

After recently immersing herself into her own home renovation project in Christchurch, with her partner Chris who works as an architect, Chloe knows better than most about the need for great attention to detail, expert craftmanship and high-quality materials that make amazing places to live.

Chloe said: “When I decided to move back to Dorset, I was very set on Wyatt Homes being the only housebuilder I wanted to work for.

“I love the positioning of each of our developments and how they are all impacted by lifestyle elements, whether on the woodlands or onto the open countryside. This was a huge part of the appeal of joining Wyatt Homes.”

“There’s nothing not to love about Wyatt Homes, they’re a completely different housebuilder to anybody else. When you see the character, design and finish, you really understand the attention to detail that goes into each home.”
