Wyatt Homes strengthens land team with appointment of Assistant Land Manager

We are thrilled to welcome Alice Cutler to Wyatt Homes as Assistant Land Manager.
Originally from Ringwood and now based in our Poole headquarters, Alice, 28, brings a rare combination of legal expertise and a lifelong passion for property.
After studying law at the University of Southampton, Alice completed a Master’s in Law and qualified as a solicitor in 2022. She then built a successful career as a commercial property solicitor, advising developers and investors at top UK firms including Lester Aldridge and Clifford Chance.
Alice said: “I always knew I wanted to be closer to the strategic side of how communities are shaped, so when the opportunity to join Wyatt Homes’ land team came up, I jumped at the chance.”
With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of the development process, Alice brings valuable insight into the legal frameworks that underpin our industry. Her move into land acquisition marks an exciting next step in her career.

“The land role at Wyatt Homes also offered a broader scope than I’d seen at PLC housebuilders, giving me the chance to grow my knowledge across the industry.
“I’ve always been slightly obsessed with property. My first job was at an estate agent when I was 15, I have done some of my own renovation projects, and spend most of my evenings watching Grand Designs or scrolling through Rightmove. To be turning that passion into a career, and learning from a team as experienced as Wyatt Homes’, is incredibly exciting.”
Outside of work, Alice brings the same drive and versatility to everything she does. A dedicated pageant competitor, she recently held the title of Miss London 2024/25 and will soon compete as Miss Wiltshire 2025/26 in the national final of Miss Great Britain.
