Summary
Reports to:
- Purchase Ledger Manager
- Financial Director
Communicates with:

- Build, Sales & Marketing Teams
- Suppliers
- Subcontractors
This role will be responsible for processing all supplier and subcontractor invoices in a timely and accurate manner and preparing batches ready for payment according to set schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier and subcontractor invoices and reconciling delivery notes to invoices and purchase orders.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Preparation of payment runs for approval by a manager.
- Dealing with and finding resolution to purchase invoice queries and enquiries from suppliers & sub contractors.
- Maintenance and set-up of account details in the purchase ledger.
- Printing and electronic filing of Purchase Ledger invoices.
- Assist as required with queries for year-end processes and audit visits.
- Periodic assistance with archiving duties.
- Other such related administrative tasks as may be required on an ongoing basis.
- Processing of Staff expenses & company credit card receipts.
