Once we had seen the houses on offer at Brimsmore and chosen one suitable for our needs, we knew a move was the right thing.
The quality of the house was the deciding factor for us. The finish and fittings and layout in general more than make up for the fact that we are not in a traditional rural setting. The thing that sold it to us in the end was the very large kitchen/diner which covers the ground floor – giving us so much space for a toddler and for a growing family. It is really great and is working really well for us – we are decorating the house as we want it and we have enjoyed meeting the neighbours – it is all very exciting.
We already feel very settled professionally and are very happy with how things are working out for us both at work and at home. We have a pleasant commute which takes us through the beautiful Somerset and Dorset countryside. We also feel there is a noticeable difference in our lifestyle. We are doing nice things as a family and also with the wider family too. Our overall standard of living has definitely improved.
I feel very settled – we are living in a long term, sustainable, high-quality house in which we can bring up a family. When we are not at work we can really enjoy our home and the surrounding area and spend time as a family. We both feel our life at Brimsmore is more relaxed.
We wanted to get in touch to tell you how proud we are to have such a beautiful home at Brimsmore. Our children are loving their new home as are we.
We have been so pleased with the support we have received through the entire process. Penny and Tara were fantastic in helping us through the complicated process of house buying. Once moved in your site team have been great especially Richard and Aaron. Nothing has been too much trouble from helping to move a mattress to fixing a leaking shower. We expected to have a few snags what we didn't expect was the swift response from your team. The contractors who have been in to fix bits and pieces have been lovely and friendly and very approachable when it comes to questions.
We loved the thoughtful welcome pack and the beautiful flowers were super.

I have recently reserved at Oakborne and I would like to show my gratitude on the service that your Sales Advisor provided. During this process I have received nothing but a 5 star service and if the end product is half as good as the quality of customer service provided I will be very happy.
I have heard many great things about the Wyatt product and that buying a house can be a very stressful process and although there is a long way to go before completion, I am very confident that I will not experience any of this based on the service provided so far.
We moved into our new home at the beginning of December. We are writing to say a very big thank you to your staff. In the run up to Exchange and then Completion the girls in your Sales Office could not have been more helpful. I have to say that they knew exactly what was going on with our chain and always kept us informed with progress.
Richard Coles and John Olds, in particular, provided an excellent service once we had moved in. Snagging problems were dealt with promptly and they always made the time to listen to our problems and offer advice.

My wife and I would like to thank Wyatt Homes and the members of the Company who have made our move into Brimsmore so brilliant. We arrived on the 15th of September and have settled in to our fantastic new house with great satisfaction.
The service of the Customer Care members has been excellent and in particular Mr John Olds, Assistant Site Manager, has been very helpful solving the minor issues we had after arriving and settling in.
