Stanbridge Lakes Romsey Receives Planning Permission

We are pleased to announce that our new site in Romsey, Stanbridge Lakes, has been granted planning permission and work will commence on site shortly!
Located next to Stanbridge Earls School in Awbridge, Romsey, this development will consist of 9 two- and three-storey houses which have been designed to combine the traditional elements of the surrounding area with modern design to create beautifully unique houses in a magnificent setting.
Feature gables, the demarcation of the individual plots with shingle driveways with cobble kerb stones and rustic timber post and rail fencing, well detailed brickwork retaining and garden walls, and considered planting create a sense of place and of a high quality space that contributes to the amenity and character of the area.
