Prior to moving in, you will be invited to a demonstration of your new home, to familiarise you with the appliances, heating and controls. You will be shown the location of important meters and valves.

Following legal completion, you will be welcomed by members of our Site and Sales team to hand over your keys and your Welcome Pack which will include relevant instruction leaflets and details of our After Sales care. Courtesy calls/visits will be made by our Site & Sales team to ensure you are entirely happy with your new home.

Wyatt Homes commits to rectify any issues that are classified as defects within the first two years of legal completion.

Any concerns regarding defects should be put in writing to;
