Moving into your new Wyatt Home

Prior to moving in, you will be invited to a demonstration of your new home. This will help to familiarise you with the appliances, heating and controls. You will also be shown the location of important meters and valves.

Following legal completion you will be welcomed at your new home by members of our Site and Sales team who will hand over your keys and your Welcome Pack. This includes all of the relevant instruction leaflets you may need and details of our after sales care. Courtesy calls/visits will be made by our Site and Sales team after this to ensure you are entirely happy in your new property.

Wyatt Homes commits to rectify any issues that are classified as defects within the first two years of legal completion.

Any concerns regarding defects should be put in writing to;
